Helium and Hydrogen Leak Detection Services
Intlvac can certify a leak specification with our calibrated and traceable equipment. We have an Alcatel Adeixen ASM142 in house and an ASH2000 both available for field work.
High Purity Piping
High weld quality is a must for gas lines and high vacuum where metal sealed stainless steel tubing must be used. We use an Arc Machines, Model 207 orbital welder. We can automatically weld 1/8 to 1.5" OD stainless steel tubing, tube to tube by tig welding, with inert gas gas purge on the OD and ID. Our in house Helium mass spectrometer leak detector also means that we can test and certify all our welds to be leak free.
